Communication Policies-

Email Communication Policy-

Hello@lexipureskin.com is the best point of contact from now on for all communication needs outside the treatment room. It is essential to check your email, as this is where we will send out important information regarding treatment plans. Not staying updated with emails can backtrack progress in your skincare journey.

Refund Policy-

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. Once an item leaves our clinic, we cannot accept returns to keep the integrity of our product intact. If you have a defective or damaged product from shipping, please bring it to the spa so we may exchange it with the company. Or, if you are virtual, please email lexipureskinvirtuals@gmail.com with photos or videos of the damaged merchandise. 

Rescheduling Policy-

We understand things happen, but please keep your appointment as best as possible, as booking space is limited. Frequently rescheduling your appointment puts you in jeopardy of being unable to get back on the schedule in a reasonable timeframe, delaying progress in your skincare journey. To prevent frequent rescheduling, we ask that you book more than one appointment in advance at the time of your appointment to ensure you have a guaranteed spot on the books. Please email Hello@lexipureskin.com to reschedule all appointments.

Late Policy-

As we have become more in demand, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointments. Tardiness to appointments will require a shortened service, but full-price payment will still be required. Please allow allotted time for traffic if you are driving more than 20 minutes to Lexipureskin Aesthetics.

Cancellation Policy-

If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations will automatically warrant a $50 charge on the card. Please email Hello@lexipureskin.com to cancel. 

NO SHOW—We must enforce a $50 fee if you do not show up. If this payment does not go through, we cannot allow you to book future appointments until you can pay the balance.

What is acne boot camp? 

This program is a 3-6 month program that helps you get your acne under control using Face reality skin care products and treatments. This program requires you to come in every 2 weeks to receive an enzyme or superficial peel. During your initial consultation, we will go over your skin history, how acne is formed, lifestyle factors that influence acne and any changes that need to be made to ensure the success of treating your acne. We will administer a skin test to determine products best suited for you. After your treatment, we will go over the recommended home care products that are required to jumpstart the program. Initial product purchase can range from $150-250. You will be sent home with strict home care instructions to follow. Results may vary depending on the skins condition as some acne can take up to a year to clear. 

What is the Corrective Program?

This program is suited for clients who are looking to address pigmentation, signs of aging, and overall improve the appearance of their skin. Bi-weekly or monthly treatments may be recommended depending on your skins condition. 

What is the Maintenance Program?

This program is designed to maintain the results from the corrective program. It requires you to come in on a monthly basis for customized treatments to help maintain results. This plan also allows you to address any new concerns or conditions that may occur.

What is included in my first service?

Each service is tailored to fit each client's individual needs. It includes an in-depth consult, deep cleanse, skin analysis, extractions, light therapy, and professional exfoliation, which can include dermaplaning enzymes and chemical peels.

Why am I breaking out more after my service?

Breaking out after professional treatments and the use of professional products is due to the acceleration of cell turnover. Because acne takes up to 90 days to form, you may still have 90 days of acne that will surface. This is what we call "purging". Our acne products and protocol will keep the new acne from forming that would surface 90 days from now.

How do virtual consults work?

his consultation is an opportunity to ask a series of questions and to create a home care regimen catered to your skin care goals. You will be required to fill out a consultation form and to send over photos of your bare face (right side, left side, front) via email, as well as the current products that you use prior to the appointment. Products for home care sold separately. Professional routines can range from $150-$300.
