All communication outside of appointments must be directed to 404-990-5488  and emails from Hello@lexipureskin.com

Clients are responsible for checking email regularly. Important updates regarding treatments, aftercare, and product instructions will be sent there. Failure to review communications may impact treatment outcomes.




REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY


All services and products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.If a product arrives damaged or defective:

### **RESCHEDULING POLICY**


A **48-hour notice is required** for all rescheduling requests (previously 24 hours).


* Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee

* Frequent rescheduling may limit availability for future booking times

* All rescheduling must be submitted via **[Hello@lexipureskin.com](Hello@lexipureskin.com)**

### **LATE POLICY**


A strict **10-minute grace period** is enforced.


* After 10 minutes: **ENTRY IS NOT PERMITTED**

* **DOOR WILL BE LOCKED** and intercom will not be answered

* Appointment is considered a **same-day cancellation**

* A **$50 fee will be charged**


No exceptions will be made.

Clients arriving late within the grace period may receive a shortened service if accommodated.

### **CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY**


A **48-hour notice is required** for all cancellations.


* Less than 48 hours: may result in a fee

* Same-day cancellations: **$50 fee**

* No-shows: **$50 fee + outstanding balances must be paid before future booking**

Programs & Services

Acne Bootcamp
A 3–6 month program using Face Reality products and professional treatments to manage acne. In-clinic clients visit every 2 weeks for enzyme or superficial peels and receive a customized home care regimen. Initial product purchase: $150–$250. Strict daily and nightly home care is required. Results vary; some acne may take up to a year to clear.


Corrective Program
Designed for clients addressing pigmentation, signs of aging, and overall skin improvement. Treatment frequency is bi-weekly or monthly depending on skin condition.


Maintenance Program


Maintains results from the Corrective Program. Monthly treatments are customized to preserve results and address new concerns.


What’s Included in My First Service


All services include a tailored consult, deep cleanse, skin analysis, extractions, light therapy, and professional exfoliation (e.g., dermaplaning, enzymes, chemical peels).


Why Am I Breaking Out After My Service?


Post-treatment breakouts occur due to accelerated cell turnover. Because acne develops over 90 days, existing acne may surface during this period (“purging”). Your acne protocol will prevent new breakouts that would appear in the following 90 days.


How Do Virtual Consults Work?


Virtual consultations include a review of your skin concerns and creation of a home care regimen. Clients must complete a consultation form and submit photos (left, right, and front) along with current products prior to the appointment. Home care products are sold separately ($150–$300).


Why is it important to commit to a 3-month program?


Corrective and acne treatments work best with consistency and time. Skin cells turn over roughly every 28–45 days, and many skin concerns—like acne, pigmentation, and texture issues—require multiple treatment cycles to see lasting improvement. A 3-month commitment ensures that treatments, home care, and professional guidance align to produce visible, long-term results. Short-term or inconsistent treatment often slows progress and can make it harder to achieve your skincare goals.
